This local home improvement company has won multiple awards, including A+ ratings from the BBB, nine consecutive Angie’s List Super Service Awards, Expertise’s Best Plumbers in St. Louis, and is a Home Advisor top rated company, but awareness among the local market lacked depth and engagements weren’t translating to conversions.
SOLUTION
alpha | BRAVO created an integrated content and social media campaign and launched in phases. In phase one, we focused on increasing brand awareness and building trust among our target audience by publishing and curating helpful content and responding to every review. We built trust in the community by partnering with like-minded, non-competing local businesses to offer special promotions.
In phase two, we continued creating original content and updating older articles to optimize search and keep content fresh and relevant. We added a paid media campaign to broaden reach, encourage consideration and increase appointments for drain cleaning services. Within two weeks, the ad garnered a 50% increase in impressions and engagements and the company’s drain cleaning services calendar was booked solid. In June 2019, the company doubled its field service staff to handle the increase in service calls.
